She accepts appointed public defense clients when the Department of Public Defense has a conflict of interest that prevents them from representing that client. Timera accepts clients from the following courts:
Seattle Municipal Court
King County District Court
King County Superior Court
If you are charged with a misdemeanor or felony crime in King County and can’t afford an attorney, you need to the call the Department of Public Defense Screening Line at 206-477-9727 between 8 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. There is no guarantee that you will be appointed to a specific attorney.
